Met this talented young lady during a cast call. I'm looking forward to working with her more. This is Celena.
I wanted to try some new things with natural light.. .so I set up the living room floor with various hacks ( cardboard cutouts, mirrors etc) and played a bit.
So I've been wanting to shoot another session with a purple wig. So I decided to make another one, (or two, three... I've lost count). The point is.... here are more great images from this latest session.
I love when people are open to trying somthing new. Especially those who "never considered' themselves the "model" type.
I got access to a closed pool. I've always wanted to do a pool shoot.
I still love working with film. It's getting more expensive to shoot with classic polaroids, but I find it necessary every now and then.
I met this gorgeous your man during a commercial shoot and thought, I have to work with him.
A few months past and I got an email from his mom stating that he was graduating and they'd love for me to shoot the session.
It was an awesome session. He's a very natural in front of the camera. We'll definately work together more in the future.
Keep an eye out for him!
We took advantage of another arm day in early December, but could not avoid the wind. It was crazy windy this day... but we had a fun session.
I did a shoot with Theo Wilson few years ago for his professional portfolio. He was recently honored as one the 100 Colorado's Creatives.

Many young women and men "dream of being a model."
CNN Money is running their latest investigative series on the not so pretty side of the world of modeling.
I got an Excalibur Sword a few years ago and made a new wig that I've been waiting to shoot.
I've been very pro DIY lately, and decided to try this project. I discovered this amazing Christmas tree dress created by the Dusty Victorian (see her gorgeous dress here). As it happens sometimes when trying new things... it didn't turn out exactly like I wanted.
BUT, my favorite model was in town and I wasn't about to let her get away with out at least trying. So, I decided to use the lower portion of the tree "dress" as a "skirt" instead! I'm thrilled with the final images. Rest assured, I will be making more of these in the future.
Saw a similar item a few months back and finally got around to making this. I kinda like it... a lot.
